Monday - Friday - 2pm till 11pm Shift
Our client has an excellent opportunity for building engineer to work for across a prestigious healthcare facility in the Nickerson Gardens are of LA - our client is looking for a Building Engineer ideally to join a large team.

The successful candidate will need to be client facing and able to respond quickly to client requests and maintain the great relationship on site. This would be the ideal role for someone looking for that next step in their FM career and future progression!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
Provide a multi-skilled maintenance engineer service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines
Chiller plant/cooling tower maintenance, boilers, BMS Controls knowledge
Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
Liaise with client/management
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 2+ years working in a Building Engineer role
Chiller plant/cooling tower maintenance, boilers, BMS Controls,
A recognized qualification in a electrical capacity
Be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade
Client facing experience (highly desirable)
