This commercial gas role with one of my clients is covering several sites in the Norfolk area. it should involve travelling no more than 1 – 1 ½ hours from your home at any given time. 

Each site has ample parking too, making it ideal for someone who is fed up with fighting for parking spaces or travelling down to the London area on a daily basis. 

The role will involve looking after several popular Supermarket sites in the Norfolk area. On site you will be responsible for carrying out commercial gas and ac servicing (don’t worry if you have no ac knowledge as full training is given). This will also involve planned and reactive maintenance. 

You will be working for a well-established team and the work load is manageable and more 'relaxed' than some other regional or national contracts. 

You will be on call one week in four, but the calls are trained well so you won’t be getting called out unnecessarily. 

You will need to be a qualified commercial gas engineer. Ideally you will have F-Gas (or equivalent). You should be comfortable working on commercial heating systems. There could be additional training opportunities on commercial catering equipment later in the year. 

The role comes with Private Health Care, Death in Service, 4% Supermarket discount, (add’s up over a year if you do your big shop there), 70% off the supermarket café, regular pay reviews / increases.

The basic is a solid figure at £45,000 (which includes your call out allowance) but the role does come with overtime opportunities so there is scope to earn more money on top. The van is a Combo with cruise control, air con and heating steering wheel, so decent spec.
