Maintenance Electrician
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
40 hours per week
Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00
Electric van provided
On-call: Participation in rota required

Role Overview
Maintenance Electrician is required to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works across Network Rail sites in Central Scotland. The role involves maintaining electrical systems, diagnosing faults, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities- Maintenance Electrician

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical repairs.
• Diagnose faults and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and permits to work.
• Ensure tasks are completed within contractual SLAs.
• Work safely in line with Health & Safety procedures.
• Liaise with clients, helpdesk teams, and subcontractors when required.

• Level 3 Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience in commercial electrical maintenance and fault finding.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• £38,000 - £40,000 salary (based on skills/experience)
