Working for one of the UK's leading Mechanical and Electrical / Facilities Management maintenance companies. The company can offer excellent levels of job security, real and attainable career development and the chance to work on large blue chip clients buildings.
They are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician/ Air Conditioning Engineer to work on their various FM contracts in Staffordshire in areas such as Stoke on Trent, Newcastle- Under Lyme, Cheadle and Stafford.
You will be fault finding and carrying out repairs on all electrical systems and HVAC equipment Carry out all PPMs and reactive tasks as necessary to onsite HVAC plant and specialist equipment. You will be also be carrying out a range of air conditioning maintenance. This could be anything from the service, maintenance, fault-finding and repair of the systems on site. This will be attained by PPM and Reactive Maintenance. .The role will be working full time between 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri, a company vehicle with personal use available and fuel card, 5 weeks holiday
You will be required to have:
Minimum 3 years experience
F-Gas Qualification
NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration level 2 or 3 or equivalent
17th edition or 18th Edition
Full Valid Driving Licence
